Thanks Berry will try everything and anything at this stage....will take on board n try all u said n see if it helps....I work late too so by the time I'm home n do my jobs n have dinner Im wide awake with no intention of sleeping. ..one of these days I'll get so tired I imagine I'll. Sleep.for a whole day....wud b heaven ...will.soldier on n keeping trying as much as I can.
Can anyone relate to after there working day they come home dinner....cleaning tidying. ...n when uve had ur shower n n bed hoping a expecting sleep to come easily n its 4am n ur still wide awake.
..any suggestions as to wat to do to get a good solid 8 hours of decent sleep donate not to wake up in zombie mode in the morning

Very true Anna....I think because women r becoming more independent in themselves n see there's more to life we arnt so quick to want to settle down if at all...marriage isn't for everyone eithere and that's ok too
Can u explain that comment it takes a good woman to make a good fella. I've heard that before and if a man doesn't like to be "changed" then how can a good woman make a good fella?
Cannot speak for all women but I for one am more attracted to older men....never found a major attractions to younger men ...but then again maybe I just havnt met one to change my mind yet.
I think sometimes it's just more to do with personalities than age...some women like younger men because they are young at heart themselves n just find more of an attraction to younger. Same with older men and younger women no doubt.
