When there is nothing left to say for me its not the silent treatment...its usually the end for me....sometimes there is just no point.....no doubt I have already said all I have to say at some point and there is nothing left....or I simply cant be bothered.......
Of course its productive...all our emotions are productive and serve to teach us something.....they're neither positive or negative...they just are....humans come with a range of emotions precisely for that reason.....
I agree with bodeling 100% and I am not into buddism nor do I follow any religion or philosophy but I do know exactly what he is talking about and have experienced such.....I try to voice what im feeling instead of letting it be through emotion and reacting...im not always successful and it has taken me a long time to get here but I would rather discuss things than argue and spit venom at each other....its non-productive and a waste of energy......
I choose to love with no expectation so there is nothing unrequited for me.....i also choose to just give it away freely to the universe it doesn't have to be focused on one person....
