we have had some suicides recently where I live...both young adults and adults alike....I wish they would have just did this one thing....open their mouths and talk about it.......
It probably has nothing to do with you....we often think things are about us when they aren't....maybe they just like takeout and its more convenient for him to pick it up.....
I agree with this....and I think this is what contributes to mental illness and it starts in childhood....kids go to school for 8 hrs a day and a lot are overscheduled with activities....this all leads to stress overload....nobody is encouraged to just do nothing anymore and relax.....its always go go go and that's encouraged to the point where you cant help but burn out eventually....we need to realise that less is more in order to look after our mental health....I say this on the heels of a rash of suicides in my area by young people and also police officers...we need to wake up and look after ourselves mentally too.....
