How many years have the Palestines claimed to be a different nationality? Pretty sure Yasser Arafat had them as Arabs. Yasser Arafat's Fatal group from Jordan only numbered 2500 (early 1970s) when they ousted by King Hussien of Jordan.
So I don't see the Palestines coming solely from Fatah. 40 years later they are number several million.
Rather what I think that you have is.....various groups, tribes and family banning together over the years to support Yasser Arafats Fatah, then PLO and today's Palestines. They came from all over the middle east is my thought.

I drove about 100 miles of Florida yesterday. Most along Federal and State turnpike road. One section they are putting up high concrete retaining walls....20-30 high barriers. Maybe 15 miles of it on both side of the road.
As I drove thru the walled area...said to self. They can wall a turnpike to keep wildlife from coming on to it to get injured in a accident. But cannot fence a border to keep drugs and illegal from coming into the country.

Drug trafficking. Even if you have comprehensive immigration, illegal drug trafficking is going to attempt border crossings. They will use/force illegal to bring the drugs in as mules.
Even if comprehensive immigration gives illegals a entry means and path to citizenship. It will not solve drug trafficking. As long as you have drug trafficking, illegal will be forced or choose to make illegal crossings.
Obama knows that if they pass comprehensive immigration reform and illegals will still come across the border illegaly...then it shows his border control programs flawed. Not something he can afford with falling approvals.

Seems to be some legal double talk is being employed here in a big way.
If you have been arrested, your liberty is already restricted.
So my interpretation of what Judge Bolton is saying.....it is a question of time....that if the state can process the status of the arrestee in matter of minutes, then no big deal. But if it takes days or weeks...then that that is a undo burden.
There I would agree. If days and weeks were going to occur to the status check.
I also know that a email takes about 1 second to go to Washington and for the status check to be started. Well that again is a question of our broken Washington.....how fast do they complete the status check of the arrested party? That both Homeland Security, Social Security, and Immigration can flip these status checks around in a short time. Super computers remember? This process can be done in 15 minutes.
So what Judge Bolton trades here....is increased safety for ALL AZ citizens for the burden of a few minutes of time of a ARRESTED legal alien. Or arrested resident of AZ. Because ALL will be checked for residence status under the law. Whites, Blacks, Asians...hence there is no racial profiling.
With Mexican picketing in front of the US embassy....hearing of the ruling....shouting "Migrants Hang on, the people are raising". The ruling is certainly felt outside of the US. Consolidation does not always mean a closed hospital, John. Consolidation can mean better run hospitals with smaller staffs. In multiple locations.
But should a hospital that is failing with bad management and inability to collect accounts be kept around? Let it fail. Perhaps Declaring bankruptcy is the best way to go.
