Of course, there's an indulgence I have had to learn to live without.

I suppose my indulgence is of the gearhead variety. I have two bikes - one's modern and serves me well. The other is 33 years old, a bit cantankerous, and needs constant attention. I have to tinker/tune/improve. I don't need it, but I need it...
