Im am no stranger to sadness myself however, i try not to watch any love or listen to any love songs while Im depressed, becasue it only makes it worse...
I listen to upbeat music or watch comedies being that if you change the state of mind into something positive and optimistic, you can see and feel a difference in outlook and attitude...
Nothing with waching romantic movies, or listening to love songs, just do it when you are not feeling the blues... That is a trick that took me along time to learn!!
