As has been already suggested...have a little patience. I was on here for a little over 6 months and I met and have a wonderful relationship (over 20 months and going strong) with a beautiful and loving lady that I met right here on CS. I know we are not the norm but I am proof that this site works. Best of luck
As for the good and bad thing, the good ones haven't as much to work on this time around and the bad ones have so much work to do they will be here with us for a loooonnnng time to come. Your friend is in my thoughts and so are you, much peace to you
Congratulations EE, I wondered what was taking your time up (I haven't seen much of you for quite a while). You were always the classiest lady and now I see what has had your interest (being a grandparent is such a blast). They grow up so quickly and change every day so enjoy her at every opportunity. Wonderful news
Well...after my fourth marriage it was "Thank God and Greyhound she's gone"
Now it's thanks to CS for helping to bring Cathy and I together. We've made a beautiful home together and life is great. I have sooo much to be thankful for that there isn't enough time in the day to list it all.
Sorry terbear, a father (if he is a good one) can be a tremendous example of patience and stability and mine was a rock that I could always count on. Thanks for the George Strait song, he is one of my favorite singers.
I like country music AND rock and roll...but at least in country music you can understand the words. I listen to a song the other day that I've heard for 40 years and just now understood the words (rock and roll). Some of the best music is Southern Rock which combines the best of two worlds. As a matter of fact I like most kinds of music (as long as it is played well) so why be soooo exclusive?
Sorry to see you go (for a while at least) as I enjoy your comments and participation. I hope the real world treats you well and if they beat you up some you can always come back for a visit and say hi. Take care
Just had two amazing scenic rides on my bike. It's autumn colour season around here and absolutely breathtaking. Went out for about 5 hours on Monday and three hours again today.
I find there are several times a woman is at her height of beauty...when she is pregnant...just before, during and after her climax...when you catch her silently looking at you, deeply in love...such a wonderous creature God made
The surgery is a breeze (at least it was for me) and the scars are so small. You'll be up and around really quickly. Best of luck. For a good movie I always liked Notting Hill for a romantic comedy and if you like Tom Selleck and a western theme try that old standby Quigley Down Under. Try not to get something to funny cause you probably won't feel like laughing for a while (well maybe just a giggle here and there)
RE: Hope
Life is so much better now that I've given up "Hope"
