Regarding your bread, I am impressed!... I have never tried sourdough bread... But you know, I am the kind of person that looooves soft breads... I have to admit I didn't have much time for hobbies... I was too busy getting both of my degrees and whenever I had a free moment, I was hanging out with friends, partying, working out... I think most of the time I spent at home as little as it was I was reading or answering to phone calls... Thank God we had three phone lines because my Dad was always complaining that I got too many calls...
