Sancocho can be made with meat or chicken or fish, but I have never had fish in a soup, to be honest... And yes... It's a whole meal... And absolutely delicious... You know, I don't like eating corn like it´s shown there... What I do, when I want to add corn to soups, is hold the corn cob and run a knife to get the little pieces... After that, I add them to be cooked inside the soup and it's really yummy... And I have never tried Paella... But I would love to try scallops... Have never tried them...

And regarding soups, I like almost all kinds... I think the only one I have never felt tempted to eat, would be "Minestrone"...

Oh, and asparagus... Yuck...

We have a soup here, called "Sancocho"... Dear Lord... That is the most delicious thing and has everything inside...

Omg... The last time I had one was months ago... I was in a shopping center and they only sold it for cash... I had my debit card full of money but they didn't have "punto", which is the little machine used to put the debit card inside and that looks like a calculator... I don't know its name in English... Anyway, I just had a little cash (it's extremely hard to have cash, here... Even ATM´s don't give you enough money to buy a piece of chewing gum) and was missing like 300 bolívares... So the guy looked at me and said: "You have such a beautiful face, here´s your tea"... That totally melted my heart... And I was soooooo thirsty, it tasted even better!, jajajajajajajajaja... But I have to confess that to me, nothing beats an ultra cold HUGE mug of water... I have one of those Aladdin mugs that is gigantic... I can barely grab it, but I drink it all and even want more... I drink obscene amounts of water... And since, almost every day is a hot day, here... Well, you can imagine...
