as you were moving and couldn't take her . Report these people as they are not treating the poor dog decently. Then you can claim her back, if they were treatinf her right in the first place you wouldn't have a problem with the arrangement. Best of luck !!
I don't anyone should save another (can't be done IMO)
So that would apply to countries "saving " other countries 2,
yes give aid etc, be civil ,be on friendly terms if possible ,
but so much manipulation can occur when "helping " or "saving " another person or country !
