Yes Dru, I will give it time, I never have to smoke again , it will be fine , hey I am even eating fruit as I am mindful od the extra weight issue , I am a gannet as it is, can't see as to how I could possibly eat more I have lots of herbal tea and will start drinking them again . good I am not really enjoying my food thought the taste buds come back ? I have a slight cold ,a headache that could be signs of the flue , I realise this is all connected to quiting cigs , have been told by others that you feel awful for a time and thats all the toxins leaving the body ,but I feel like a bag of poo , I know in the long run ,it will be worth it
Hi Dru , glad to say I am hanging in there too, its weird , this morning when I got up and came went down to my living room, for the first time ever I caught the oder of stale tobacco When I was a smoker I didn't notice it, I knida knew it was there , but it is rank will blast the whole house , hate the smell of tobacco. I stopped b4 for five weeks and it got to the stage when I could smell ciggies of other people ,now thats the fowlest smell ever. Think ,we no longer smell like ashtrays
Hey Vinny I can smell a stale tobacco smell in the living room, just goes to show what non smokers had to indure when visiting me I am going to blitz the place!
yes I understand that , however the trial has only started , it will emerge ,wheter or not the child said those words or not! Imagine , a mere babe , being beaten like that , to her little mind , she doesn't understand that it is wrong , only that she is hurting, a lot . The child is unable to defend herself, so what does she do , reach out and try to connect with her Mum, so as to stop the pain. I am out of this thread now , too upsetting .
To be honest I am not interested in the poor childs last words. I am more concerned that the little girl was used as a punchbag , by the very people who were supposed to love and protect her. I would be more inclined to want to know what the parents last words will be ,when they turn the switch
I am an avid reader of true crime magazines, it amazes me how human beings act nothing shocks me anymore I'm afraid, but I do still manage to be disgusted at the horrific stuff perpetrated on others .
