While driving over Exmoor last year in north somerset / devon we told the kids "hey look theres Whales" my 5 year old nephew replied, "no they are sheep" pointing at the sheep in the field and not looking out over the sea where you can clearly see south whales.
Ive just heard mine is trying for a baby with her new boyfriend, hope she treats that one better than the two little girls she left here with me. She hasnt changed a bit but i sure hope for the babies sake if she has one that she does, sends chills down my spine.
Not me im allergic to them, ive always had dogs, my last one was put down in june this year at 15 years old, im not ready to get another yet, still to emotional. My girls have a rabbit though, having his teeth out on thursday.
If i can see a really good one coming ill go to the top of ports down hill, its a very high hill overlooking portsmouth, gosport and the solent you can see for miles, if i can. Weve just had some storms about two weeks ago and they were the first this year. If i cant get out then im on the doorstep, cant miss them.
I like any weather now, used to hate the heat but i tollerate it now but i prefer the cold weather, can take or leave the rain depending on what im doing and if theres a thunder storm then ill be outside for sure, i think they are awsome....
Im lucky not to be able to see the keys when ive had a few to many, i think, had no post yet so i think im safe, did get drunk in charge of some hair clippers once though, still got the scars lol.
I think some people think that they can only send one if they want to go further and not simply a kind gesture to a nice person, and the same with messaging too. I have recieved flowers just to say thanks and also messages. I think there must be a communication problem with a lot of uk people, or we are a shy breed, well some of us anyway.
Its not so much a myth but a real thing that happened here, a great hoax.
There were sightings all over our town of a big black cat, though to be a panther, it was sighted by lots of people around woods and quiet areas, even the police reported sightings on a few occasions. This went on for weeks and it was really concerning people, it even attracted zooligist and other wild life experts. About the forth or fith week it was sighted near a copse by the disused railway line by the police and it luanched a full scale allert with armed officers and the works, the whole area was shut off while the search began.
When they caught the beast it was a giant cuddly panther toy accompanied by three teenagers. They had the whole area fooled for so long.
