I was wondering if I went out and stayed out for the night as I live alone ... Do I have to fill in that Mongrel form .... Cause I dont want too !! ...

I agree with you about leaving them alone ... No matter how well they behave its usually the peer pressure that gets them into trouble .. I know what I went through with my youngest daughter ..|
Having said this kids are alot more resilaint then we are and quite often recover pretty much un-scathed when its a non parent that goes away ... just going by my own eXperience here mind you ..
and dont worry Shell, with the older they get then more obstacles just seem to appear ...

I think all that could cause someone to feel depressed, though depression is a lot more sinister than this ... any of the above may trigger the depression, though they usually I don’t think are the cause ..
Depression is an illness, a chemical imbalance within the brain ... the right prescriptive medication can really help stabilize the condition and sometimes with therapy can result in curing the depression ....
Its good to talk about depression openly and in a forum like this, because if one person feels its ok to speak about their depression or to seek assistance with it, then thats a wonderful thing ...
