Any profession will do as long as he is reliable and responsible enough to provide all the needs of the whole family. I don't mind sharing the expenses, I can work. But he should make sure all are taken cared of. And I may add, love and respect should always be there.
I am doing my weight lose program (if i can call it program,hehe), slowly. I am having a walk every afternoon for about an hour and do the indoor bicycling. But at times though, the lazy me strikes (and the cold weather also), don't want to have a walk and just sit infront of my laptop for cs. For the food, I really have to cut off my rice intake. Before I ate rice three times a day, now I am making it just one (lunch) and fruits and vegetables the rest of the day.
I have to loose this unwanted pounds in me too. I weigh more than the normal for my height. Come New Year i started a diet recommended by a dietitian friend of mine. She advise me to lessen my rice (i just love rice, my staple food), sugar, salty and fatty foods. Not too much on the frying, more on steaming and grilling. Vegetables and fruits. Also done walking every late afternoon. I had lose some pounds but I need to loose more. Doing my best.
