Oh, not dripping...? Mine was drippin'!

I had washed the chicken breasts!

I gotta dry 'em?

Then with the flower ...I never knew in which

sequence to plonk the meet in the dishes...

I didnt know there was an oder,

or that you need to stick to it!

Why??? A certain sequence, I though I was a myth!



Way back I tried

1. egg

2. flower

3. bread crumbs

or

1. bread crumbs

2. egg

3. flower

and yesterday I couldnt give a stuff anymore

I left the flower out completely

and

just had the chicken strips

do a merry dance in the beaten yolk/egg white puddle

had the strips visit the sesame and then the cornflakes

and then quickly fried them in a pan

(when they least expected it!)

Yesterday I tried putting a yummy batter

over strips of chicken breast.

Sesame seed and crushed corn flakes.

The kitchen looked like bomb crater

egg dribbles on the work bench,
floor,
tiles,
down the cupboard front

you name it...

The strips were done in a hurry

as I was famished.

So the end result looked more like

pet pride, dog chow, pedigree ...

take your pick
