Agreed. Car of Tomorrow. Bah. A bunch of cars with a sticker resembling a production car grille.

The only time I can even watch is when they are on a road course. Sort of amusing...dancing

Back home we have a dirt track a little thing called cousin cruisers. It's almost like watching drunks race each other.

They are all stock cars, but...

one person steers and the other person controls the gas and the brake...It's like nascar meets crash up derby...Hilarious and super exciting!!!

***And now everyone's going to think I am a complete redneck***oh well guess the truth won't hurt that bad***

I'd like to see the one who's steering be blindfolded, though...

confused hmmm, Nascar...
For me it is a real bore, just driving along the oval.
Prefer F1 or rally racing, there is more complicated tracks in the first one and more speeds and in the second race there is only adrenalin and no asphalt track at all))

For me NASCAR hasn't been interesting for years. Everyone has the same basic engine with a carburetor. The bodies no longer resemble anything on a showroom floor. Back in the '60s and '70s things were much more interesting.

Being in the racing industry and having raced before, I understand what it takes to succeed as a driver. NASCAR is one of the biggest sports in America. Personally, I really couldn't give a crap about it.
Grand Am and ALMS is totally where its at for me. SCCA racing is great too. I gotta see right turns man!
Road racing all the way!grin
