someone looked at the pyramid shape from far, it might look to him as a triangle and he came to a conclusion that pyramid is nothing but a triangle. another person looked at the base and came to a conclusion that pyramid is nothing but a square or rectangle. obviously both of them are mistaken because of two reasons. first, they didn't came close to the pyramid and secondly they came to the conclusion too quickly. the same thing happened here.
1. i told that most muslims don't actually know the real meaning of the Quran and so people here came to the conclusion that most muslims are misguided away from the Quran. two things should be informed here. first, the Quranic rules and second, the muslim society.
the Quranic rules: Quran and the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is considered as the solution to the mankind. its a complete code of life. every single thing that human being can think about is guided by the Quran and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). the muslims should live their life by Quran and Sunnah. we learn how to deal with other people, parents, wife or anyone else. we learn how to do a business. we learn the dress codes for men, women and kids. we learn how to keep our beard, hears, nails or anything. we learn how to maintain the physical relation with our wives. we learn how or what to eat, drink or anything you can imagine. even the dreams that we have in the night is discussed about in Islam. islam is not just five times prayer a day, fasting in the month of ramadan or other type of worships only. it teaches us how to lead our lives in this earth so that when we would stand infront of Allah in the afterlife, we can receive forgiveness from Allah and He rewards us in the paradise.
the Muslim society: there are three types of rules for the muslims if i categorize: a)Halal-Haram, b) Mas'ala and c) Fatwa. in the muslim countries like the Arab lands, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afganistan and others we got Mosques in every areas and Halal-Haram is discussed in the mosques so much that more than 99% of the muslim population around the world know about it. Halal means permitted and Haram means prohibited. if you ask any muslim from anywhere around the globe whether alcohold is permitted or prohibited in islam, he/she would definitely tell you that it is prohibited.
secondly Mas'ala tells us how to do anything. in the muslim lands normally all the kids learn how to pray, how to behave with parents, elders or others in their childhood in schools or at home from their parents or elders. now we have books for Mas'ala in almost every language. but some rules people fail to realize without guidance, they need to do some practical works to realize those. as i mentioned previously, islam is not just to pray, it deals with every human steps. and you can't learn swimming just reading the book.
thirdly, Fatwa is critical. the change of time changes the lifestyle of human beings. something suitable in the 7th century may not be acceptable in the 21st century. but Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prophesized what would happen till the day of judgment and made guidelines. only the certified and highest Scholars of Islam got the right to prescribe Fatwa for us. the do this from the signs of Quran and sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
now i give you the real conclusion. most muslims around the world know about Halal-Haram, some follow, some not, its their choice. Mas'ala people can get from books, but sometimes they make mistakes. they should go to our scholars to get some practical knowledge. again here, some follow, some not, its their choice. Fatwa should be very carefully deal with our supreme scholars, some follow, some not, its their choice.
misguidance for those who doesn't study under the guidance. if you want to be a doctor or engineer, you need to go to a medical school or engineering school. can you be a doctor or an engineer reading at home, because all the books are available in the market. likewise we have religious schools where religion is taught by those who know about it. but many muslims buy the Quran from market and starts reading, how can they realise the real meanings.
you misunderstood me or i failed to write what i wanted to. i didn't try to degraded anyone's personal faith or opinion. you have rightly said this "The energy of God and the divine will reach anyone who is open to the experience where ever they are which is also a beautiful experience.". what i meant may be like this- those two places got so strong spiritual environment that even a muslim of weak faith can feel the existance of divinity over there. and about my prayer i would say-we have learnt to pray the best for someone what we choose as the best for us. faith is a gift that everyone wont receive, but at least we can pray for them. its just my faith and belief
yes, evolution is there. it changes the environment resulting in changes and sometimes terminations of species. but my point still refers back to the power that moves our body, that makes our thinkings and feelings, and the absnces of the power that stops our heart beat, breaths. this is spirit. why the life starts in the womb of a mother and why the death comes!! who controls it and why we can't control it!! can evolution explain it?
memorising is the way how the Quran is protected to its original revelation for centuries.however, its regretful that most of the muslims don't understand or don't try to understand the real meaning of the Quran. but one can understand the Quran if he looks at the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was sent as a teacher to mankind, a techer for the Quran. the personification of the Quran is the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Quran just gives the commands of God while Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) showed us how to fulfil that command. some muslims tries to understand the Quran by himself without looking at the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). that's why there are so many misguidance among the muslims, i must admit. but we shouldn't judge islam looking at the muslims but looking at the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions.
even though all those wrong interpretation of the Quran by different individuals, Muslims around the world are still united. we got two holly lands, Macca and Madina. these two places are forbidden for the non-muslims to enter. there is a spiritual environment in those cities. if you ever meet any muslim that visited Macca and Madina, just ask him/her how he/she felt over there. even the newly converted muslims can feel the existance of God almighty over there, even the tough hearted people can't control their tears when they reach Madina. Insha Allah i am going to visit Madina and Macca this 1st of May and i'll pray for all my CS friends and Atheist people around the world so that they can get the light of faith.

1.most of the replies are out of the scope of the original question, so i should not answer to those.
2. some just tried to hit my personality, they didn't put on their ideas. but forum is always for open discussion, i guess.
3. some made a question about the originality of the Quran. i would discuss about it. Allah says in the Quran, " i have sent this revelation to mankind and i'll protect it." Quran came to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)in 23 years time and it was put to his heart. the companions memorised it from him and wrote it on stones, woods and etc. then it was collected in the form of book after 13-14 years of the Prophet's death. since then the Quran is found in the form of a book. the existance of the Quran is a miracle. it got 6666 verses in arabic. but you would find millions of muslims around the world from every languages have memorised the complete Quran, with the same arabic accent. the english of the african people got their own accent. while the russian speak a different english. chinese English is different. italian people also got their own accent for english. but when they read the Quran, its the same accent. can anyone of you memorise an article of one page length written in a different language and read it in the exact accent without making a mistake even a comma? this is how the originality of the Quran is maintained for centuries from people's heart to heart.
4. some said about the science that existed before the time of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH). yes, i agree. but if you check the history of science it was not the time when people knew about the ambryo, water cycle and all the scientific proofs that Quran provides. if you check the culture of the people of Macca at the time of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH), they were far away from the civilization. a man from barbaric nation of the deserts of Macca can't have the knowledge of science and without any mistakes.
5. one gave an example of the pond water. but the pond water already got the germs and living particles. but how was the beginning when there was no living particle?
6. some said about the evolution. evolution is nothing but chemical reactions and combustions for long period. but life is not a chemical reaction. chemical reaction can't explain life and death.
if you look back 1400 years ago, there was no science at that period. that was not the era of science. then how could a man, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the desert of Macca knew all the scientific facts narrated at the Quran at that time? who wrote this book? the water cycle, human ambryo development, and others are described exactly in the way that science have recently found. if you are really intelligent.....

did you ever check by yourself or just glanced at what others have said? intelligent people search the source of a concerned matter, not at articles written by others. you can't come up with an idea when you just watch some documentaries or books written by other atheist. try with the original scriptures like Quran if you dare.
the atheist people tries to describe the creation of this earth and all the living beings as a natural process. they take the support from the theories of Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking. first of all they don't know the difference between law and theories, may be. theories are nothing but some ideas with facts that could not be physically proved. theories changes in time. if the creation of this earth was natural process, how the life of the animals initiated? natural processes are chemical reactions, cell divisions and formations if i summarize. but these can't create a human mind. when the embryo develops inside the womb of a mother, the first four months is for cell developments, formation of bones and flash. and after four months suddenly it starts moving. it proves the existence of God. our body is nothing but carbohydrate compounds. if we could divide it to molecular level these are simply Hydrogen, carbon and others. when a person dies normally everything remain as it was, only the spirit goes back to God. its not a chemical reaction or anything that could be proved by a equation or physics or anything. its something beyond science, beyond human being, its the power of God. my dear atheist friends, please check this link, what this atheist person says about God
Qur'an permits limited polygyny As I mentioned earlier, Qur'an is the only religious book on the face of the earth that says 'marry only one'. The context of this phrase is the following verse from Surah Nisa of the Glorious Qur'an: 'Marry woman of your choice in twos' threes' or fours' but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly, (with them), then only one' [Al-Qur'an 4:3]
Before the Qur'an was revealed, there was no upper limit for polygyny and many men had scores of wives, some even hundreds. Islam put an upper limit of four wives. Islam gives a man permission to marry two, three or four women, only on the condition that he deals with them justly.
Qur'an is the only religious scripture in the world that says 'marry only one' Qur'an is the only religious book, on the face of this earth, that contains the phrase 'marry only one'. There is no other religious book that instructs men to have only one wife. In none of the religious scriptures like the Vedas, the Ramayan, the Mahabharat, the Geeta or the Bible does one find a restriction on the number of wives. According to these scriptures one can marry as many as one wishes. It was only later, that the Hindu priests and the Christian Church restricted the number of wives to one.
Many Hindu religious personalities, according to their scriptures, had multiple wives. King Dashrat, the father of Rama, had more than one wife. Krishna had several wives. In earlier times, Christian men were permitted as many wives as they wished, since the Bible puts no restriction on the number of wives. It was only a couple of centuries ago that the Church restricted the number of wives to one.
Polygyny is permitted in Judaism. According to Talmudic law, Abraham had 2 wives, and Solomon had hundreds of wives. The practice of polygyny continued till Rabbi Gershom ben Yehudah. (960 A.D to 1030 A.D) issued an edict against it. The Jewish Sephardic communities living in Muslim countries continued the practice till as late as 1950, when an Act of the chief Rabbinate of Israel extended the ban on marrying more than one wife.

If I hold a book and say that ‘this is a pen’, for the opposite person to say, ‘it is not a pen’, he should know what is the definition of a pen, even if he does not know nor is able to recognise or identify the object I am holding in my hand. For him to say this is not a pen, he should at least know what a pen means. Similarly for an atheist to say ‘there is no God’, he should at least know the concept of God. His concept of God would be derived from the surroundings in which he lives. The god that a large number of people worship has got human qualities - therefore he does not believe in such a god.

they never check if there is anything beyond their logics. science is a proof of the existence of God. atheists people are mostly not with science background, so far i have seen
Atheists are arrogants and they don't have enough knowledge about science. mostly they read some books written by other atheists, watch some similar documentaries and devoted to media. they never do their own researches. research should be to check the original resources, not just to glance at other peoples' works. additionally before you go for a research you should have a neutral approach, not with a already made decision
