If the guilt is proved without a doubt, I believe it is ok. But sadly, there have been innocent people put to death and that is unacceptable. Therefore, it is hard to say for sure what is right. Just picture being convicted and executed knowing you are innocent.
Concealed carry, when done LEGALLY, is a very good thing. It allows people to defend themselves from a would-be criminal. In my neighborhood, there has been multiple violent crimes and it has made me consider the idea of getting a permit more seriously.
