I wouldn't want to be in my 20's again, happy where I'm now. The only thing I would change is going for a different, internationally recognised qualification. Would have made my working life so much easier.
In Ireland full and lower fat milk is the same price, in Germany the price for lower fat milk is a good bit cheaper (after all, cream is taken off and sold as cream or butter). If you drink fresh milk, you should know the source etc, haven't drunken it for a while.
Hi re4eva, I always liked fresh milk directly out of the bulktank. If you know the health status of the cows, it's no problem. For legal reasons farmers in some countries have to have a sign saying that milk should be pasteurised before consumption. Some countries have problems with e. g. TB (cows are checked regularly and have to be culled if positive), so that's probably why drinking unpasteurised milk isn't common everywhere.
