Shift is normally located under the Caps Lock and Enter/Return keys.

Funnily enough I didn't encounter any problems with CS lately. And I'm using Win XP, Ubuntu and Mac OS X.

Foreveryoung, try pressing the following key combination:

Shift+Ctrl+Delete, tick everything (excluding Saved Passwords if you store your passwords) and click 'Clear Private Data Now'. Than try to connect to CS once again.

Did you try another browser, e.g. Firefox or Opera?

If the problem still persists after using a different browser, the problem most probably won't be related to your PC.

That' strange. I'm using Ubuntu, and can access the site both from Firefox and Konquerer.

I'm assuming that you can access other sites from Linux.

Are you using a router? Did you check for any DNS or DHCP entries which are out of the norm?

Have you tried using a different OS on the same internet connection?

Maybe the ISP has some problems with the DNS entries.
