lmao not sure what ill be wearing to work soon my uniform trousers are hanging off my rear I had to change fingers for my rings this morning they actually fit the fingers they were fitted and resized for !!
I am Merri im focusing my energies on losing weight and getting healthy again . See if i could ever come off some of the meds !!
My problem being my size 1 I might need insulin 2 my heart isnt the best 3 my bp is through the roof 180 over 100 ive had worse in the past 4 my liver isnt the best and not from drinking
So 7 kilos in 3 weeks . There's a picture of me in a camo jacket somewhere in my profile bought it six weeks ago i could just do it up and couldnt sit in it with buttons buttoned up !! I can now zip and button it up sitting and standing!! Same with the lumber jack shirt im wearing now 4 weeks ago it was that tight i couldnt put it on . Wearing it now with a tshirt underneath!
I'm not over doing it I'm eating what ive been told)(sorry if u think the dietitians wrong ) . Seeing medicare is paying 90 bucks a visit to the dietitian thought id better . I havent joined a gym using my manual labour job like a gym . Oh and ive been for the odd walk from 30 to 50 minutes ! And yesterday on my RDO i had the lowest ever blood sugar reading pre dinner. I didnt eat a thing from lunch to dinner didnt exercise took it easy down to 4.2 not sure how!
So ive done this 3 times in the last ten years hopefully it will go away and stay away . And wash im bigger than when u met me or i was !!
