have you ever seen a TV show called Doomsday preppers you should catch it or download a season . Its not just about building a bunker but also about hiding it whether its in a tree or under ground . Plus they also bury supplies in secure areas including underwater . And also turn vehicles into dooms day cars etc

I dont actually have a plan Prowler this is what i eat for the working week (Dietitian advised me what to eat)
Breakfast 2 poached eggs and a 220gram tin of baked beans
morning tea 20 or 30 grams of unsalted nuts
Lunch Salad made from baby spinach leaves, celery, radishes, chick peas, baby cappers, cherry toms, onions, mushrooms, carrots. small peppers stuffed with cream cheese gerkins olives and low fat either Fetta or ricotta and 1 piece of fruit
Dinner Meat either chicken or red meat and half a plate of cooked veggies and 1 piece of bread Desert is low sugar zero fat yoghurt with unsalted nuts and charlesworth nuts energiser mix (sunflower seeds pumkin seeds sultanas and smoked almonds)
Now I'm on high protein low carb low fat diet . I'm permitted red meat 2 to 3 times a week (normally have it twice once this week ) , Fruit allowed two pieces a day not sure how olives and sulatanas come into the equation hahaha . Bread I'm permitted two pieces a day and have 1 piece
