Nice idea, but if it hadn't been for the president allowing ICE and the Border Patrol to be derelict in their duties, there would probably be more control over the border. Also, if it hadn't been for Congress being full of cowards, this whole thing might be under control with them impeaching a president who has violated the law and doing what they are supposed to do, rather than sit on their thumbs and be afraid of losing their seats.
