Want to improve upon my dating skills. Any advice on do's and dont's most welcome (please don't copy-n-paste theories). Want to hear practical, real experience.
Is it wrong if I look at gals in public places when I'm looking for a date... and if I see someone exchanging looks... how do I make sure if they are really interested? Looks can deceive.

There are stories in newspapers that a child 2-3 yrs old is able to recite the whole bible/Quran. Another one tells about a child when he/she visited a foreign land... and suddenly remembers everything about that place like he/she was living there for years. Also, there are numerous movies which show such stories.
These are very rare... may be 1 in a billion, so it can be used either way to support the belief of rebirth or to junk it.
I would personally like everyone to believe in re-birth. This makes people love and respect their soul, do the same for other souls and they will lead a quality life and the society and world will become more peaceful and divine.
All the religions teach you to live a good life, love yourself and others. If you understand that, you don't have to worry about past and future births and live a good life in this (only) birth.

It is good to see changes in the forum recently. Many have stopped posting in EU forums and moved on to International Forums. Even I've started visiting that forum on invitation from UK and already got a very warm welcome there...! :)
But I prefer to be part of a forum like this which is not very crowded and which discuss matters of local interest (since I'm in EU now). The other one touches on vast topics... from US to Iran to N. Korea... and it is something that I like, but don't have time to follow on most of the interesting threads there.
I also saw many familiar faces from this forum there. But if u have time to spare... I would strongly suggest to visit that forum for more interesting topics and a range of topics.
Today the biggest threat to the world peace is the dumb US president and his policies. No matter what a country is doing, if there is a need to control the resources of another country, they are coming out with evidences to support their war theory... whether it is Iraq, Afghan or Iran.
Why there was no war-threat on N. Korea, and the issue is resolved? Because they didn't have any resources of interest to the US and allies?
I personally feel, the biggest step to world peace is for every country that believes in its Sovereignty and independence from the US, to have a nuclear weapon capable of attacking the US interests (like the N. Korea???). It will build up fear and panic but will make sure there are no bloody wars from either side. It serves as a good deterrent to war.
I liked the comment that the US is the society which believes in "Propaganda governance" :) It is true to a great extent.
My idea about posting in the public forums is about things which I'm not very clear and I need expert opinion. If you think you are not clear about such a personal and very important thing in your life... why worry... leave it.
It is not something like shall I buy Swiss chocolates / Belgian chocolates!

Well, it is difficult for me to answer (even being a man) :) I'd posted in one of the messages that if a MAN is really smart and intelligent, he can make a real fool of a gal by "camouflaging" his emotions. So make sure he is not very smart/intelligent :)
Sorry, I don't have an answer to your Q. Be practical, use your wisdom, experience and 6th sense (or intuition) to make the final decision. Of course, take expert opinion from your best friends and family members.

Opinions change so dramatically in online relationships... we build an impression of another person seeing his/her messages, his/her responses (since you can only see emoticons not the actual emotions)...
I had almost become a fan of Smokey, her wisdom and command over language, and positive attitude... but recently decided not to take any hasty decision.
