Never thought of myself as being lonely. Being single, yes. Your thread reminds me of another OP's about self preservation. I can't imagine anyone would enjoy being lonely. Nothing wrong with time for self, but to the point of feeling lonely, would be sadness I think. Keeping mind open before opening heart is a good thing.

Pssst jess.....am heading to the health store. Stores don't open up until noon over here. I have Goji juice, New Zealand Green Mussel lipids and Q10 on the list to pickup. BTW.....I crossed off the donuts, as per your good friend, LOL. Guess that means same for ice cream to huh?
