The easy answer is the enemy. But who is the enemy? I think it is us. It is also those who do not want the country to change from old dictatorship to democracy. We have to get out of there, because our presence alone is a sin on their culture and religion. The new democracy of Iraq also will not be liked by many Iragis because it alone is associated with America. But maybe if the current democracy can rule long enough that the Iraqis see the value of it they might adopt some rulership in likeness to their culture.
It is going to hurt no matter how it is done and I am sure our military leaders are planning as well. My ideal would be a slow calculated pull out and maybe a step up in Iraqi security forces. They need to be governing themselves and protecting themselves.
How does anybody tell how another person wants to be treated? This is where the problem lies. Many times it is hard to tell if a message is attack against one or merely a joke. I have to admit I stepped over the line a couple times. I like adj4u way of ending post many times by saying 'hey what do I know'. Maybe some work should be done on posting respecting etiquette. Like a emotioncon that says response was taken seriously and respectfully. Anyway what do I know.
Your right, you have no profile except for the big laughting head thats rolls on the ground, pounds the ground with the fist and wears blue shoes. Oh by the way your missing your lower teeth. Thought you would like to know.
Were in a hell of a mess. Too bad US resorts to these tactics to secure its dependence on oil. I apologize on behalf of all sane americans for the trouble we have caused. But nobody listens to a fool, so, so much for that.
Last winter in December and January, I was so cold I thought global warming had to be nonsense. Then Febuary came and starting my transplant plants in the greenhouse, it appears the plants are 4 weeks ahead of normal this year. We have had some wild warm weather lately. Im not complaining because I love it. But it is scary when things seem to be changing and it is not normal. Another .02 cents.
