I would vote for someone who sees and understand big government and who would work to limit government. Cut taxes, cut spending, avoid doing stupid things like war, who would limit government powers, take a pay cut to all government employees, cut buracrazy, set government back 100 years. Stop the nonsense lobbying by big business or interests. Have the governement work for the people again. But I know I'm only dreaming until WWIII set in.
They would probably ask me where is the red light district. Being in space and lonely for so long, I would have pity on them and send them to the White House.
I agree that for most people gambling is a choice. But there is a small fraction of people where the actions of gambling overtake there lives and becomes uncontrolable destructive to there lives. If a person cannot control it then it is a disease and they need help. This happens with alcohol also and when they get into meth its nearly beyond hope to cure. But I have to admit I would rather go to a casino for a near 50-50 bet at craps table then buy a lottery ticket where your chance of winning is practicaly zero.
Well Maliki is going to have to become the strong arm(man) of the country and unfortunately like Saddam do what ever is necessary to keep the people under control. A strong police, strong military, a fair judicuary and prosperity for his people is what he is going to have to do. Much like Abraham Lincohn he is going to have to work hard to keep the country from spliting up into fractions. As bloody as the civil war was in America so it could be in Iraq(or maybe it is already worst).
