Thank you for your service CapNemo! I'm not sure why everyone signs up, I do know my heart, thoughts, and prayers are with each one, everyday. My son is starting his second year, in the army and hopes to stay in till retirement.
My precious grandson has down syndrome, I live him just as much as my other two. No need to feel sorry for the parents, my daughter would love to adopt one.
"The one that got away" I'll always live and miss him, he's married to someone else now. I pursued him for months, after we broke up. Till the day I heard they were together.
Yes, we are. Nobody knows when not the angels of heaven nor the son. Will it be in my lifetime?? Will it be in my grandchildren lifetime?? Am I ready??
I think he should...after all he's in charge of the military. To me that's like being chief of staff in a hospital but never been a doctor...being a football coach but never played football...being a preacher but never attended church...being a school teacher but never been to school. Etc.
