Seriously an assertive man in my opinion would listen to my views but i would trust him to make the right decision as he deems fit,it does not make him a "dictator" in my eyes it makes him a very wise man in my opinion.
I was brought up to believe that the man was the head of the household and he was to be looked up to and respected to determine what is best for his wife and family but it is quite hard to find a man who is willing to take on that role,do other ladies find the same problem..?
I wear what is comfortable and smart but i am not bothered about keeping up with the latest fashion,with my size and shape i would look awful in a mini skirt and heels lol.
I believe we all have an inner child and it is fun to let it free sometimes so i do confess to not acting my age on occasions it is just nice to do childish things as long as you are not hurting other people i see no harm in it.My mind is still very young it is my body that lets me down as i no longer have the energy of youth.
I think chemistry is important in a relationship so there must be a certain amount of physical attraction from the start but i find a man who has a good sense of humour is very appealing,as for money it would be nice not to worry about paying bills etc but i am not a gold digger and would not seek out a man purely on the basis of how large his bank balance was.
God certainly does answer prayers i would not be alive today if he did not,at the age of six months old i had tuberculosis and meningitis and the specialist did not hold out much hope for me but my family and the church members prayed that the good lord would spare my life and he did which i am forever grateful for.Since then he has answered my prayers so many times i have lost count so i am in no doubt that he is there for me and other people too.
I was brought up in the christian faith and it has helped me alot over the years in good and bad times,i do not try to force my beliefs on to other people but i am more than willing to discuss my faith with anyone.
