Yes of course he answers prayers, he answered the prayers of all those children in Beslan didn't he. OK maybe not, well what about all the Catholic gypsies in the concentration camps, nope, all silent there. But maybe that's because they believed the wrong thing, I mean why would he answer prayers for Russian Orthodox, or Catholics? But he does answer the prayers of middle class Americans who need a new car, or sofa or whatever!

God certainly does answer prayers i would not be alive today if he did not,at the age of six months old i had tuberculosis and meningitis and the specialist did not hold out much hope for me but my family and the church members prayed that the good lord would spare my life and he did which i am forever grateful for.Since then he has answered my prayers so many times i have lost count so i am in no doubt that he is there for me and other people too.

This is about as relevant as asking if the easter bunny or the toothfairy answers prayers.How can a mythological being made up by man answer prayers?. You may as well just bang your head against a wall because it is just as likely to have the same effect as praying.Neither will do you any good.
