yes it can i would relocate for someone.
what i do to make sure they arent scammers is have them email me and check there IP addresss it tells you where they are then i want to talk to them on the phone and do webcam with them holding up a paper with the days date.scammers have lots of ways to trick you they use ping.com to fake numbers the webcam trick works well... i might be overly cautious but why waste the time??? FYI i met someone in another state and he is REAL webcam deal worked we are meeting this weekend!!!!!!
