I agree, as I think differently now from when I was 32.
All the price of an education for me. I have no bitterness nor
animosity, towards any of my past relationships. (though hard to
tell from my previous post).

I have spent the last four alone, just another day really. I do
enjoy talking to my Mum on that day. In reality, it is just
another 365 days you did not die

One thing I do not do
on that day is drink alone, or any other day for that matter.
I know how some, and by the sounds of it you feel, and a companion/
partner/ Spouse would be nice to snuggle/spoon with.
