2intrigued: Have you been to those places and which ones are they?
Yes I have been to them as I have done plenty of research on the paranormal over the years (I hint that in my profile.) Some were in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Tennessee as well as here in Kentucky...to name several.

What a fantastic experience that must have been. I'd love to see places like that...it's been a very long time since I've experienced active paranormal activity.

Yeah, some really are, but then there's a lot of the false positives ya have to weed out (debunk), but when the real deal occurs, it can be amazing!

pedalguy59: I did not know it was globally assumed of complete existence.
Some people simply are not receptive of/to such occurances, no matter what part of the globe they dwell. So of course assumptions vary in either direction.
But for anyone who has witnessed any type of paranormal at all, can make their own judgement call on what they've seen/heard/felt.

Good idea for a thread topic then , to find their assumptions.
I have some experiences with the paranormal it happens at my place of work...hospitals do have some unexplained occurrences...
One patient was tucked in by a nurse in an white uniform with the old style nursing hat...we(nurses) wear scrubs these days not white uniforms with hats...the patient informed the day nurse of what had happened...it is still a mystery...

I did not hear about any death of a nurse there but I heard that some choose where to go after life...that is only one of the many stories that I have heard of...the other one is probably more disturbing...
A patient refused to get into the wheelchair...said that someone was already in it...no one was in the wheelchair...but the patient stated that when he gets into the wheelchair...an entity tried to invade his body...
2intrigued: You'd think after so many experiences that the "freak out" factor would diminish but it didn't for me.
Yeah it's a bit freaky but exciting at the same time.
Last one was at a guys house. Went to buy some camera gear. Never been there before. As the guy opened the door I could feel a dog jump up on me, so I bent a little to stroke it but there was nothing there. He must have see this and later he asked me did I feel a dog and I said yes, he told me his dog had just died a few weeks earlier. He was happy it was still there but he'd not had any feeling of it himself.

Isn't that something? I do believe that the spirits of animals can also linger around for awhile just like people's spirits can. There's an attachment to a place or person that keeps them there. It truly is a unique experience and a gift.

Oh that's very tame to something's that I've had.
My ma was the same. Loved it when she would tell me about the banshee and things like that. Had an uncle that was the same, he was in the paper one time about it...
There is definitely something but I don't know if we will ever know what it is?
It's getting dark here now, can I get in with you tonight

Perhaps these abilities are inherent in families although I can't confirm this for myself as I was adopted. It would be nice to hear some of your stories sometime.
