I agree, my daughter is part Native American...but she was also overweight and was pre-diabetic, the doctor told her is she lost X amount of weight that she would not become diabetic...so she has and her numbers are normal now.

oh I've always wanted to go see the Smokey's in the fall! I've been to North Carolina in the fall and it was just beautiful! I may have to take a weekend and head to Tennessee :)

no I just googled it, but tomorrow I think I'll go to the nursery here and find out, it's just there prices are so high it would be cheaper to order online, I may have waited to late

that sounds awesome! since I live on the plains I have to drive about an hour or so east to get to see the fall foliage...but Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma is breath taking in the fall

thank you! put that in my favorite bar....ok one more question, I was planning on planting some apple and peach trees, what I found out was spring was the best time, but I was always told fall was because the sap was in the roots...have you had any experience with trees?

I was wanting to plant some bulbs this weekend, however with the freezing temps it maybe too late, or do you think the ground is still warm enough?

This right here is what I'm talking about...you and a couple of others think you can say whatever you please and damn the one in opposition. Last night I set back and watched some very pathetic, immature and yes belittling going on. It's like the person who doesn't agree is totally attacked. All I know, if someone asks me a question, I will give my most honest opinion. I won't be a pushover, I won't slink away. Nor will I be belittled or brow beat. If you look back on post, which I know you won't, I only answered giving my belief or opinion, I've never tried to spoon feed anyone. I'm a truthful person and if you don't want to hear the "what I perceive to be true" don't ask. In the future I will be more thoughtful of how I present myself

In all due respect, I admit I come across strong but you can't not say that the opposition isn't coming in even stronger from all sides. I don't have a problem with a non-believer, but when they ask me a question and I answer it, they don't like what they hear even though they asked my opinion. So in all fairness if someone is going to ask someone a question, then they should at least be able to respect the reply. I'm not going to scurry off to some dark side of the forum because of my belief. I didn't say one thing when PomPom made a belittling thread off one of mine, I'm more mature than that. However I made up my mind I will NOT get involved in another debate unless I'm asked a direct question, but whoever asks best know they will be getting my honest opinion...I'm sure it's hard to read post, mostly mine, sorry for the sloppy post :)

I just got home from shopping and heading home at one of our major intersections there had been a semi that had totaled a little red car, looked like a smashed can...not sure if they made it or not, don't see how, but I hope and pray they did, just goes to show...we NEVER know from one minute to last when our time has come, so enjoy each and every breathe you have because we're only here for a very short time
