Speaking for myself, I would feel guilty if I was to shout to alert you of my presence, in case you thought I was just yelling at you to get out of my way, or I startled the dog. I would hang back and cycle as slow as I could, until the dog was aware I was there, and you turned around.
I love cycling and average about 100 miles a week, both off and on road.
When on the roads, I follow the rules as if I was in my car, and when off road, I always give way to ramblers or people walking along the path. It doesn't inconvenience me at all, and should I meet them as I'm on my way back, they tend to allow me to ride through.
Oh yes. About that cartoon. You never got back to me about their right of free speech and how it would make you a hypocrite to acknowledge that.

Here in the west, we're not dictated to via stone age laws. We have something called freedom of speech. If CH wanted to put that cartoon into print, then so be it. But, that's not got anything to do with this thread, so go and start one which you can then abandon when you're cornered.
What part of my statements didn't make sense? If it's the last lines, then it's view news via lots of sources before it's accepted as fact. I use at least 4 to get a decent and unbiased view.
They clearly state they wanted to destroy Islamists. Not terrorists, but Islamists.
Well, they need to get their text right before they issue press releases. If it was a much bigger news story than it is, it could have severe consequences.
