Yes, I know all about the headaches. Sometimes, when I absolutely have to go without coffee, I get those dreadful headaches and it disappears as soon as I had a cuppa.......

Yes......my ex-father-in-law used to suffer from emphyzema. He struggled for every breath he took. At that time I thought I was still young and still had years ahead of me to quit smoking......and suddenly I'm not so young anymore.

Do you think some people are more susceptible than others? Although I must admit, I've been a real rebel when I was younger and started smoking at the tender age of 12 (that gives you 24 years of hard smoking, pheewww, no wonder), and I'm a tense person by nature.

After changing your diet, have you experienced any palpitations or irregular heart beat again?

I will however quit the caffeine and see how it goes, but if it persists I'll start drinking coffee again.

OK guys.......some more info, but don't know if it would be useful. Our Process Engineers are designing a heat exchanger. A centrigugal pump is used as well as a boiler with a pressure valve set to 20 bar.

Will this help at all?

Density of the steam - 5.65 kg/m3
