I could start a thread about woman over the age of 45, not all woman but a big majority look like my 70yr old grandmother,, but I'm not mean enough to start that thread , HA HA
Try some of the nursing homes ,and see if they have any openings you can apply for. they usually have a turn over ,and look for help. in the kitchen , floor care ,maintenance ,housekeeping ,yard crew , you never know ? this might help tide you over ,until you find something in your line of work. if you get inventive it will work out ! be positive , never say die !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry you got laid off pal , right before the holidays ,seems like they do it on purpose , ( pricks) and also prayer helps too !!
The outdoors , nature , the night sky ,the trees rustling in the breeze , the birds chattering ,fresh air outdoors , the smell of the salt air at the ocean ,the sound of the waves . wild animals or pets ! throwing in some wise cracks on CS !
