One of my favourites is peanut butter then a slice of ham with cheese on top, under the grill for a few mins then put the tomatoes on - yummy!

I'm rather found of grapes with my warm brie over ginger snaps...

and a good aged cheddar with my apple slices, preferably sharp greens.

I like red pepper and lavender accents to my dark chocolate, or a nice ginger & pear combo if it's 80% or better.

But one of my favorites is a simple Framboise Ale with a deep dark truffle cake.

*numma numma...
Oh dear gawd... you've just endangered my fridge.
AhHHHhhhhhh...!
joy

Ha ha that reminds me of a time I had to make stewed apple for some pork chops but had no apple - used large cunks of onion and added ogange flavour and honey --- was passable.

Mild - wouldn't kaluha body paint make your car sticky?

Spicy - you cook for a living then?

Not for a living... just as a passion.
Baking also.

Known for my two tone bread that brought my relatives to a frenzy one year.
Outside - a lovely pesto/pine nut encrusted Parmigiano-Reggiano with a sundried tomato core running throughout. Made for a beauty of a slice... like a child's dream food.
laugh

My lemongrass jelly was a hit on the rose shortbreads, too.

*dohhhp!... marches back into kitchen to do more damage...

Very strong cheese with very sweet jam. Has to be made in a toasted sandwich maker for the best result.

Two slices of white bread, smothered with butter, boil some petits pois, (Small young peas, frozen are best). When the peas are hot, put them between the two slices of bread. Allow the butter to melt. Season to taste. Yummy grin
