Give yourself a few minutes every day to ponder what if....and then get yourself up, dust yourself off and soldier on.
Not an easy task, I know. You need to distract yourself, keep busy, as other posters said...go for a walk...write down your thoughts. Keep moving. The internet is not a great place to be for some....it can be the loneliest place in the world if I'm feeling down, so I generally stay off it when I am sad.
Remind yourself this overwhelming feeling of sadness is only temporary and it will pass.
If you are sad a lot of the time, crying often, withdrawing and isolating yourself, you may need to see your GP.
Of course I blame the man. They are often looking at an age much younger than their own age stated...when I say much younger....I mean sometimes up to 10 to 15 years younger...and often the man is not such a hot 50 odd something himself.
It leaves women my age(in their 50's) with no men around...
I don't see the point in lying about one's age. "They" get found out eventually.
What irritates me is men MY age or older only going for women up to 45 year of age. I see that and I'm outta there real quick. Some of these men look "older" than their years stated, also, which makes me think they are not being entirely truthful...
