I would rather see them on the sidewalk than the road. At least when it comes to very busy roads. I' ve seen a few people on bikes getting clipped by a car. Some roads are just too busy and some roads don' t have that additional mini lane for bikes to be on. In that case they end up being on the far side of the right lane. I don' t think I would even feel comfortable riding a bike on some roads. In which case I guess I' ll just drive on.

I wouldn' t say it' s right or wrong. Just sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn' t. It depends how the date goes and the feeling at the time.
