I like NASCAR also but can't stand whine-butt Jeff Gordon. Crazy Tony Stewart is my man after Bobby LaBonte kinda fizzled out. The Joe Gibbs team is my fav because he was a great football coach.

So I'm guessing there's just not a lot of sports fans here. What a shame. It's so much fun following sports if two people are interested in it. Bummer if two people aren't!

JUDY....I enjoyed your blog about the rude e-mail you received but don't feel bad. I received one yesterday from a 46 year old guy who was outraged because I made a comment about short guys in a post. I said, "I'd MUCH rather date a tall guy because I'm 5'7" and still wear 3" heels. If I date a guy 5'7" and wear those heels, that makes me taller than the guy and in my opinion, I'd rather be SHORTER than the guy. He ripped me up one side and down the other. I responded with a nice post and apologized for my views and then I blocked him! The little snit!! We're not supposed to have "opinions??" I should have told him to "get a life!"

LOVES2...men usually like wild hair! Did you get to dance a lot? I was helping a neighbor for most of the evening but it seems like there WERE a few posters while we were gone.

DREAMER...my plans for the day are doing my roots so only my hairdresser knows!!

THEN I'll work on the photo album for my daughter. We're having a family reunion/vacation in 4 weeks. My fam and my sister's are all renting a 6 BR/6BA house in Gatlinburg, TN. We're so excited. It has 3 decks, 2 hot tubs, a dining room table that seats 12 plus 4 more at the kitchen bar AND a media room with a big screen TV that seats 12! It's awesome.

both eliminated Michael Vick from this year's trading cards and memorabilia! NIKE also dropped him and he'll lose millions of dollars from THAT source! His days of being a football star and hero are OVER. THEN you've got the stupid basketball Referee betting on games to give pro "basketball" a bad rap. Let's add Barry Bonds to the mix with his quest to beat Hank Aaron's home-run record. Not many give a crap because of his alleged steroid use and tax evasion issues.

This has nothing to do with dating and finding a special love but are there guys out there who DO watch sports and would love to meet a woman who enjoys sports AND sports headlines??

You saw the last show when they were on a camping trip I think. The only one I "don't" like seems to be the one he's falling for but I think he's blinded by the implants!! None of the ones left don't seem to be a good match for him, but we'll see! This is one of my least favorite "romance" shows. "The Bachelor" is really my favorite and I've never missed one season of it. My life is sooooo exciting!

CHER...I've been watching "Age of Love," which is a reality show about a guy who's 30. He's a tall, handsome tennis pro looking for true love. His choices have been either 10 women in their middle to late 30's up to 48.... OR ten women 21 up TO 30. It's been an interesting show so far watching his reactions to the cougars vs. the kittens!! I think he's down to 4. Two kittens, two cougars.

Dk...LOL! Poor thing!! I'd be lost without it, especially today when I didn't feel like cranking up the grill on the deck, scraping the grates, waiting for it to get hot enough, etc. etc. I also have an indoor electric grill that's pretty good but we use it mostly during the winter months. I like "options!!"

OMG Honest...didn't you want to die? It's flattering BUT!!! I've had younger guys trying to hit on me and I almost hate to tell them I'm old enough to be their Mother. I'm wondering what's wrong with them...why they're not attracted to young, cute women their own age!

What's the ONE THINK you hate to do around the house, as a single person, that your significant other used to do when you were together?

"I" hate taking the garbage cans out to the street at 6:00am on garbage pick-up day!! I HATE IT!!

HONEST....I'm so glad you had a fun time with your boys. For sure older folks can blend with the younger set and....ooops...did you say "get lucky?" Well, I wouldn't go quite THAT far, but we DO know how to have a great time!

Russ! We were high school sweethearts, broke up after we graduated, each married someone else, each have two children & 3 grandchildren. We still love each other to this very day as friends.

I've had such an exciting day, I can't stand it!! I think everyone's off doing fun stuff but me! MY day has been filled with housework, laundry, watering the potted plants on the front porch, feeding carrots to our neighbor's horses, picking tomatoes from our little garden and replacing the batteries in our smoke detectors.
Fun, fun, fun!!

SHIP....I also think Drew is a good choice to replace Bob. Mimi is his dog? If she's not spayed, then she SHOULD BE! I admired Bob for his crusade to get animals spayed or neutered. There are millions of unwanted dogs and cats euthanized each year because of ignorant owners not having it done.

Ummmmm......how about a convention with a group of CS women to meet, greet, have fun AND ...to see Taylor???? We could kill 2 birds with one stone because my sister only gets one week for a vacation. We have to take two long weekends for her to enjoy two vacations. It's the pits!

I don't care WHERE the place would be. I would LOVE to go to a place like that to dance. Do most of the guys know HOW to dance or are there a certain few who get a royal work-out?

JAG....I'll BET it was fun going to England and Scotland. I've never cared about going overseas to any place until AFTER I got to visit every state in America. I'm almost there!!

GREAT!!! Maybe by the time Taylor starts his next tour, we'll have 4 or 5 of us who might want to meet in Birmingham. It's a great city, very clean, and lots of great restaurants. We've stayed at the new Sheraton AND the older Redmont in the renovated part. Gorgeous hotel and everyone is so friendly. My sister is 54 years old and we have such a great time together.
