JAG..."The Right Place" is MY favorite too. Did you see him sing it on "The View" the week before last? It was awesome. I taped it and keep watchin it over and over. He's so gifted.

Oh Lord...JAG...I'm telling you, I just know so much about him from chatting on the Idol boards with so many of his SOUULLLLLL PATROOLLLLLLLLllll fans!! They're such a fun, loving bunch of people and I've met so many of them. The next time we plan to go to Birmingham to see him (in 2008), you'll have to think about meeting me and my sister, Sheila. The three of us would have a GREAT time.

This is no lie. Two days before the final show, we drove down to Birmingham to meet 35 other Soul Patrollers from all over the country who HOPED Taylor would win. We flew, drove, took a bus, or walked to the Sheraton to meet each other and cheer him on for the last two shows. It was a blast!!

In person he's absolutely GORGEOUS and I'm so proud of him... like I'm proud of my son! THAT kind of "love" him.

CASS.....for sure you and I would have to have a designated driver. It could be Cherokee because I don't think she drinks. I certainly don't drink like I used to because after 3 I get a headache. What's up with THAT? I don't understand it.

CHER....you have NO idea how nutty I am!! My favorite TV show is American Idol and I was a die-hard fan of Taylor Hicks from his first audition in Vegas til he won Idol, Season Five. My sister and I have traveled to Florida and Alabama to see him in 4 concerts. I'd leave in 5 minutes to see him again, if I could!

JAG....I know the topic you're referring to about people posting old pictures of themselves. I'm glad I had my sister take one of me after I'd lost 10 lbs. a few weeks ago. I've lost 5 more since that pic was taken and hope to lose another 5 within a week or two. THEN I'll post a new picture!

CASS....I apologize. I didn't think I mentioned a "Screwdriver," but I'm sure I did. You're right...fresh O.J. is the best for them. My dinner was leftover Vegetable bake with Asparagus and Wheat toast slices. Total points: 8 (Weight Watchers) What's ice cream and twinkies????? I can't even allow my mind to go there...unless it's Sugar Free Ice Cream and ya might as well not have any! Right?

JAG......even though your name is Judy I think I'll continue referring to you on these boards as Jag. Is that okay? Think I'll refer to the other Judy as her User name as well.

Nicole Ritchie has been ordered to spend 4 days in jail! Say WHAT?? It was her 2nd DUI in 4 years and she only gets 4 days??? Another sore subject will be Michael Vick who should go to prison for the maximum penalty AND pay every ASPCA in America $100,000. THAT would cure him!

SKYE....WE had a power failure while I was gone. I had to turn my computer on and THEN I didn't have a "server." Luckily the server came back quickly or I would have been calling SOMEBODY!!

YOU HAVE A TRAY OF YUMMIES??? Bloody Marys, Screwdrivers, Black Russians, Mud Slingers??? THAT kind of yummies??? Don't come near me with sweet yummies like desserts. My sister and I finished dinner and then walked across the street to feed carrots to three beautiful horses. When they see us coming with the bowls, no matter where they are in the pasture, they come running like crazy to meet us!

My life is so filled with wonder and joy!!

The last time I was warm and fuzzy when when I stayed at a great hotel in Carmel, California! They had the softest, fluffiest, scrumptious, yummiest, bathrobes I'd ever put on in my life!!

Update on my "Professor!"

He sent me two e-mails last night being very persistent and pushy.
When I answered them this morning politely and nicely, he quickly responded with two more...each different and again pushy, giving me his phone #, asking me to come visit him in Atlanta or at least call him. Since I responded to his last one around noon, asking him what college he's affiliated with along with a mention of my "grandson" also going to college majoring in Communication....HE DISAPPEARED!!!

Simon Cowell uses that phrase from time to time on American Idol and it seemed appropriate for your situation! I think you'd be a fun person to meet for a drink with 4 or 5 women! You'd also be a special woman for a special guy and I DO hope you meet one someday here or elsewhere!!
