I don't know about most people, but "first dates" always make me nervous, i don't care if i've known the person for years and we've hung out together at all sorts of different places...........as soon as you label it, it makes me nervous and raises expectations.
if you find someone who's really special, it won't matter to them that you are out of practice, they will want to be with you and wait for you to catch up. if you lose them, it was not meant to be.

depends on my mood: long drives long walks read a book long shower sit by a waterfall or a creek....somethin that ripples or babbles write poetry etc etc
mainly depens on my mood, how much time i have, and where my kids are
