i wasnt sure when someone told me that had and i just assumed they had recently i suppose in the grand scheme of things theres not much time between 2004 and the 2008 its a landmark case regardless and the first of its kind i have heard of
look the fact of the matter is the laws have been changed so bar staff can be prosecuted if people die of alchohol poioning legally the ARE now responsible
yer right dublinguy in a lot of what ya say they were facing up to a life sentence if they were convicted i dont know what kind of leeway the judge had in sentencing i think what should come from this case is that we have to protect people from themselves i guarantee ya other people will die nin the same circumstances in the future but if those 2 barmen were convited the chsance of that would have dropped dramaticaly and thats my point the lesson to loearn from this sorry episod eis that barmen should be partially responsible for poisonoing people with alchohol

i think they should have been convicted and given community service to let barmen around the country know thats its not acdceptable to sell really drunk people drink

sometimes i cringe at the questions people ask on here its like theyre saying "im a hopeless case,dont date me" its embarassing sometimes some people look for pity its not attractive personally i hate people pitying me good thread againb aunty n yer on a roll sister
