I got married in Vegas first time round...and it was great, shame he was a ''%&£**@'' 17 friends and family flew over and it was good
but if I got married again (and I would like to) then perhaps on a beach, im not religous so church type thing is out of the question, problably have just a few friends and family again......but who knows...
well..... I like a guy in jeans, tshirt...nicely cut hair, short but not shaved, no facial hair, well I dont mind a bit of stubble...NO Monobrow (eyebrows meeting in the middle ) and clean short fingernails
I must admit ive been lucky here, I split with my daughters father when she was nearly 2, and for 2 years it was rough, we would argue, but he did see her every other weekend, and had her if I went away, and even when I moved to Spain from the UK, he made an effort to stay in contact, and this year she is going to go and live with him in the UK, because she wants to go to collage there, and to be honest, I get on well with him now,
But my Ex Husband who bought her up from being 2, until she was 13, and who makes a fuss saying he wants to see her, hardly ever rings her!!!!
Yes I have Spanish friends..and I moved away from the coast to be away from the ''pie and pint' brits, and the brit compounds..so I know where your coming from with that, it also drives me mad that they have to have their 'english shops'
...and I love spanish food, there are 2 'brit' bars in our village, but much prefer to eat in the spanish bars...and have proper spanish food. ...but where I am the men are very old fashioned..and think a womans place is in the kitchen...and drives me mad that they cant understand that I have my own house, land, car etc...and that im indipendant.. Ive even been told that I 'should have a man!!'
But I must admit I do prefer british men...they are not so 'in the past' perhaps the spanish men are different in different areas?? as you say they are not like that where you are...perhaps its because this is a smallish village??
Well I did move to another country for the man I loved...we both moved to Spain together...but he hated it and went back.....but living in another country is not that easy,...OK Spain is,and I love it here, but the culture is different, the men old fashioned...and I personlly could not go out with a spanish guy..
I could not imagine living in a muslim type country...I love my freedom to much, wearing what I like etc......and religion would be a big problem too...im an atheist...and there is NO way could I convert....
and it would not be easy for most people to just get up and move away...leaving friends and family behind can be hard..
And travelling from one country to another is not easy....Ive met the odd guy in the UK, only a 2 1/2 hour flight, but its still difficult, and I want someone I can see every weekend at least....
I have to agree with you on this....I get guys mailing, who have not read my profile...in mine its says tall, over 6' between 37-47, and NO PHOTO-- NO CHAT OR REPLIES....but I still get guys way out of the age range and very short (no offence to short guys) and with NO photo trying to chat (just had one while writing this ) or sending me mail...why are they wasting both our time....
I also if I did reply (like I did when I first joined) to be polite then the guy would get the wrong idea, think I was interested, and start trying to arrange a date?
Yes I tend to get the younger men too..normally around 34-39 (im 43) and had a few contact me who are in their 20's!!! not complaining though as I like younger men...but the youngest I would date would be 36.....
I also get men that are a lot older too....think it says in my profile that I like guys between 36-47
then get guys in their 50's contact me.....no offence all you older guys...but its not what im looking for
