Marijuana has many legitimate health benefits, and the only people who don't already know and accept these facts are the pinheads who are still stuck in moronic Reefer Madness mind set, and I pity them their stupity, but won't tolerate their lies. To answer the OP, the biggest reason why I don't like to tell people my REAL age is because I get called a liar, yeah, for telling the truth! Yeah, there have been times I won money for betting before I showed them the ID, and other times I just slapped them upside the head with the wallet. Seriously people, why would I lie and say I was 20 years old than I was?
Oh hey, never meant to imply that every person going into foreclosure is a screw up. Bad things happen to bad people. But, if you didn't add all the screw ups into this, the overall might now be so bad, and those people who just lost jobs, would at least be getting a better price for the homes they are forced to sell, giving them more to work with on the way out. People with huge mortgages, I can't even imagine getting myself into a mess like that, much less getting out of it. Guess I am just a big old weirdo, I save up the money and then buy. The way I have always gotten everything I have. Never got a car loan, just took the bus til I had the bucks. etc. When I leave here, what I take with me will pay for the next one, and under no circumstances will I buy another house that costs more than what I have to spend. Doesn't matter if I WANT more if I don't HAVE the money, I just deal with that.
Because they are too damned cheap and lazy to run the whole mess over again. Because they are never going to care anything about the best candidate for the job, just he who has the most money wins. Because too many stupid people act like sheeple and go with the flow just because someone says so. Not enough people get what "write in vote" means.

LOL Have driven a 350 with a V8 for over 20 years. Gas has ALWAYS been a factor, so I have had a LOT of practice/experience on how to conserve it. Habits are already literally habits, so nope, not much of a change.
Obama? By now, I just laugh at anyone who thinks he would be a decent president. The very fact that they are in such denial that they would vote for him, proves they aren't capable of an intelligent discussion on politics or much of anything else.
This housing mess is ticking off anyone trying to even sell their homes. I firmly resent the idiots who didn't read the fine print, or know how to live within their means, causing me to be forced to lose over 25% of what my property was worth. Not feeling any sympathy for anyone who had any hand in any of this.
Not too sure about your terminology, so don't know if I could just say yes or no. I am proud of my country, and after seeing so many others, really don't want to leave it again. I do think other countries have some good points, just like this one best overall, although it isn't perfect by a long shot. I actually try to be OBJECTIVE, FAIR, AND REALISTIC. I think that when people from other countries try to take shots at the US, ESPECIALLY those who pretend like they actually KNOW MORE than those of us who actually live and work here, I probably come off as a nationalists, as I call them out for being so arrogantly judgmental with little more than media hype to go on, and tell them I don't give a damn about their uninformed opinion, as it is irrelevant. But no, calling an arrogant a**hole out for what they are, doesn't make you a nationalist. I, for one, would not shed a solitary tear if something completely horrible happened to Bush.

Sorry rasgumby, but Bush is supposedly the one in charge, and has had the power to straighten things out, especially his own messes, but just plain hasn't even tried. "But you think Obama will do worse?? There is no way he can do worse or lie more than the Bush admin!" I think he can and will.
Funny how some seem to think that calling out bloodthirsty morons for what they are, is anything more than that. I never said anything about the US going over and cleaning up after anyone's crap, sick to death of all of that. And the BS examples of what Christians used to do, are fairly irrelevant in this day and age, since this country has laws forbidding those acts, religious or not! Do you not see the difference????? When anyone this sick in the head does come onto US soil, then they are bound by those same laws, although the group referenced here thinks they are above these laws, because of their religion, even though no one else is. That will never wash. They get to go by the same rules as everyone else, and should not be catered to OVER everyone else. And again, don't care what "group" does this kind of thing, the very fact they do is what makes them ugly. Don't need to cite their religion, race or anything else. The act alone proves the barbaric tendencies.
If nothing else, at least Obama has shown that he can lie and skew the truth like a politician. Reminds me of Bush about now, and sure don't need 4 more years of THAT!
Sorry, but after rigging the last election, not like I am going to trust republicans any more than democrats. Actually, anyone who is so stuck in the idea that they HAVE to be one or the other, I am suspicious of. Should vote for the best candidate, not just follow the party like sheeple.
GREEN, you hold the same sentiment as most Americans, seems it is only the people from other countries that want us to give the whole place away to criminals who come here out of nothing more than greed, looking to steal whatever they can. If they had any kind of honorable intentions, they wouldn't disregard and disrespect our laws in the first place. NOT ALL IMMIGRANTS DO. Ever since I first heard how this stuff was done, clear back in elementary school I think it was, I knew this was crap. Makes it very obvious that each person's vote ISN'T counted. They just lump like this and the actual results can be as far off as any of those skewed polls.
When they claimed Bush had won the last election, I KNEW it was rigged. No one will ever be able to convince me otherwise, no matter how hard my father, the staunch republican, or anyone else tries LOL
