Some exercises r better than others.

At the age of 5 I almost drowned, so I nagged my mom till I started training.

When u find a sport tailor made for u, u keep it for a lifetime.

It builds muscles, strength, stamina, confidence and beauty.

I swam in galas, which is very good for ur competitiveness.
