Indeed it is not a mystery why we do this from time to time. We beat ourselves on the head for hours or days because we made a specific mistake. Millions of years ago cave dwellers froze to death on beds of coal... and it was all around them, but they could not see it or use it. Today we are in danger of making the same mistakes, loads of information but we fail to search and study how to tame our emotions and achieve the ability to survive difficult periods or, be content. So relax a bit and remember we are humans and ... seek the help of others if the rocks you need to shift are heavy. Good luck, be patient and talk to God any time.
