How and where is the best way to study a new language at a tender age? Especially when the language is very difficult, but you have dreamed of learning it all your life... and now there is not much time left for this.
who has a good experience? I ve tried many online programs but still not able to speak this language.

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

When assessing armed conflicts, to determine how lawfully the armies of the warring parties acted, the ratio of losses among the civilian population to losses among combatants is used. The lower the ratio, the fewer civilian deaths for every military death, the more “clean” and “legitimate” the war is considered.
According to the most conservative estimates, the ratio of civilian to military losses in World War II was up to 1.5:1. For every two soldiers killed, three civilians died.
Things got even worse from there. In the Korean War of the 1950s. the ratio of civilian and military losses turned out to be approximately 2:1. According to some estimates, 20% of the entire population of North Korea died in this war.
The same ratio was during the Vietnam War. More than two civilians killed for every military killed.

By comparison, the First Chechen War killed 4,000 separatist fighters and 40,000 civilians, giving a civilian to military casualty ratio of 10:1. The results of the Second Chechen War are 3,000 militants and 13,000 civilians, a ratio of 4.3 to 1.
What about NATO in Yugoslavia?
The best estimate is that for every Serbian soldier killed by NATO in 1999, four civilians were killed, a ratio of 4:1
Now let's return to Palestine.
In 2007-2008 it was 1:30, with only 3.3% of the total casualties being civilians. This is the lowest ratio of civilian to military casualties in history. But the international media and human rights organizations did not pay the slightest attention to this.
How did Israel achieve these fantastic results? In addition to active mass warning of civilians, the IDF used special weapons systems, including smart bombs that minimize collateral damage and smart missiles that can be deflected at the last moment if civilians are found in the planned strike zone. More than 83% of the bombs dropped on Gaza were smart bombs.
Unfortunately, smart bombs and missiles did not help pacify Hamas, and in 2008 Operation Cast Lead began in Gaza. According to data published by the Israeli army and confirmed by Hamas, the ratio of civilian to military casualties was 1:3, three military deaths for every civilian.
in 2014, the next operation, “Unbreakable Rock,” was required. Even if we take statistics from the UN, an organization known for its "dislike" of Israel, we get 2,030 killed, 1,444 of them civilians. The ratio of civilian to military deaths is 2.4 to 1. Worse than ever, still much lower than in other wars.
And finally, today's war. So that no one can accuse lets take Palestinian(Hamas) estimates. 24,000 dead. Minus 11,000 terrorists officially identified by Israel. 13,000 remain. Let them all be civilians, which is highly doubtful, but ok. it turns out 1.2 to 1 - one of the lowest for modern wars.

RE: Favorite Childhood Memories

I have lots too. But my warmest memories are associated with my grandmother. She opened up to me the world of cinema . I was 7 years old. she took me to the cinema once a week. and she also did my schoolwork , since I had to go play tennis after school and also go to a dance group. That’s what my parents wanted. When I came home (and I was living with my grandmother at the time, since my parents worked a lot and they had no time to take care of me), we did drink some tea with buns that grandma baked and chatted a lot. I didn’t even call her grandma, but always by her first name. we were best friends

The friend of my enemy is a priori my enemy.

No Grandsi i havent heard it before..but i like those words Talk Talk hug

The friend of my enemy is a priori my enemy.

The friend of my enemy is a priori my enemy.

But this lady didnt become your enemy right?

The friend of my enemy is a priori my enemy.

life is always full of surprises and not always the pleasant ones. You see, Oz, despite the fact that you are a peacemaker on this site, you interrupted your friendship. This is what I'm also going to do, but for a slightly different reason. my friend is also a friend with my enemy... I'm not a fan of ultimatums, but here I have to give up my friend. perhaps he will cease to be my friend, but he will not become an enemy. so Oz here is also an option..wine

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

true , in the beginning the government of Israel was financing Hamas because they ve made an agreement with hamas to oppose Fatah and stop attacks to Israel. But it was a mistake, because there could be no agreements with terrorists

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

you are mistaken in equating yourself with God. "Judge not, that ye be not judged" And again only my jokes are the ones making you furious . Stop chasing me. my last warning german

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

Fargo, Propaganda has never been distinguished by its pursuit of truth. Lies are her middle name, and always have been so.
a couple of examples
Lie 1: Israel is killing tens of thousands of innocent people in Gaza.
Truth: 1. The Palestinians have long been known to inflate their death toll. Remember Operation Protective Wall in Jenin in 2002? The thousands of victims that Arafat spoke about, after international verification turned into approximately 60 dead! 60!!!!!
False2: Palestinians have a right to their own state.
Truth2: Over the past 80 years, they have been offered a state many times, including in 1948, in 1993 (Oslo Accords), in 2000 (Camp David). They rejected all offers. Their goal is Palestine from the river to the sea. Without Israel.
I have many more examples, but I don’t want to spoil the mood of our hero of Hellas))
You are also wrong about Netanyahu. he is not a terrorist. he is a very cunning and intelligent scoundrel, but at the moment everything is decided by a narrow cabinet. that is, the army

The friend of my enemy is a priori my enemy.

Even for me this fact is A priori, i am curious to hear the third option. and who knows..maybe i will agree with itwave

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

The link was for Conrad, love. You will not understand such kind of humor
And btw i have a very warm and sensetive hart. Just dont make me angryscold

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

If you didnt noticed it, in all the reports about the death of civilians of Gaza there is a postscript-information received from the words of Hamas. There is no possibility of verification and reliability. so you are the king of fakes, my dear. I study the information thoroughly before throwing slogans

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

Conrad, look at this one

I guess you ll like itlaugh

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

as if you fell from the moon to earth. Of course yes. This is already a documented fact that all terrorist structures were located precisely under and inside schools, kindergartens ,university and hospitals. Darling, stop listening to BBC. read and listen to more worthy sources. or disconnect from a topic you don’t understand. empty your slagged mind and start over later hug

RE: Over a hundred days of war …

My Greek hero again did not get the topic. Or did you just miss me and my comments, my love?
"Infrastructure is the basic systems and services needed to keep a country or organization running smoothly"(Definition of infrastructure noun from the Oxford's Dictionary). Since their entire infrastructure was organized by terrorists and designed to supply the needs of terrorists (and nothing more), then I regret that this is only 70 percent and not 100. comfort
