That image I posted before looks like a light weight this image of me I've now posted is what I use for my warm up chest track but when it comes to squats and lunges I will double what you see on my lap in this pic.
My toilet is separate from my bathroom but still I prefer it down but at the gym I prefer it up cause when it's down I just know there's a number two floating.
